Two of the three gates of aloneness are in the throat, the center for communication and expression. How interesting that Human Design has noted that before we speak, it can be helpful to withdraw and allow our thoughts to collect and mature.

In this episode, we’re taking a look at the three gates of aloneness in Human Design. As their grouping suggests, these gates deal with being alone – and potentially even feeling lonely sometimes.
However, when we dive into each specific gate, we’ll see that their need for alone time is driven by different things. It’s also important to note that none of these gates of aloneness require constant alone time. Each of these gates needs to interact with others occasionally to share what’s come up for it, or to simply share the fruits of its labor.
